Asia Legal Business has named Norton Rose (Asia) LLP as the Employer of Choice in the international law firm category for Singapore.
The online survey was conducted from December 2010 - January 2011 and was sent to over 20,000 lawyers in Asia Pacific. Participants were asked to rate their current employer based on key areas including:
- Remuneration
- Quality of work
- Professional development and training
- Work/life balance
- Standard of knowledge management and IT systems
The participants were also asked to nominate the firms they viewed as being the best performers in these categories.
Norton Rose (Asia) LLP, Singapore, scored highly in all categories and was ranked the No.1 legal practice in Singapore to work for in 2011.
