Our Frankfurt office was opened in 2001. We advise a wide range of national and international clients such as multi-national corporate clients, credit institutions and private equity houses on major complex transactions. We provide advice and support on all legal issues arising in day-to-day business activities. We also represent our clients before the German authorities and courts. The Frankfurt team currently consists of over 50 German and English lawyers.
In Germany, we also have a presence in Munich and Hamburg.
