Levy Stopol & Camelo und Norton Rose beraten VOXX International Corporation beim Erwerb von Hirschmann Car Communication

Die New Yorker Kanzlei Levy Stopol & Camelo und die internationale Wirtschaftskanzlei Norton Rose haben die VOXX International Corporation beim Erwerb der Hirschmann Car Communication-Gruppe beraten. Der Kaufvertrag wurde am 7. Februar 2012 unterzeichnet. Voxx International erwarb Hirschmann zu einem Unternehmenswert von 85 Millionen Euro. Die Zustimmung der Kartellbehörden steht derzeit noch aus.
VOXX International (vormals Audiovox Corporation) mit Sitz im amerikanischen Hauppauge (New York) ist ein börsennotiertes Unternehmen der Unterhaltungselektronikbranche. Der US-Konzern erweitert seinen Geschäftsbereich mit dem Erwerb der Hirschmann Car Communication-Gruppe auf das automobile Erstausrüstergeschäft. Hirschmann hat Tochtergesellschaften in Ungarn, den USA, Frankreich und China.
