Norton Rose berät KGAL beim Erwerb der Pasinger Hofgärten

Die internationale Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Norton Rose LLP hat die KGAL GmbH & Co. KG, Realkapital Asset Manager aus Grünwald bei München, beim Erwerb des Stadteilzentrums „Pasinger Hofgärten“ beraten. Das Projekt wurde von der KGAL für einen Club Deal von drei institutionellen Investoren initiiert und strukturiert.
Der Gebäudekomplex neben dem S- und Regionalbahnhof München-Pasing umfasst rund 20.000 Quadratmeter Handels-, Praxis und Büroflächen nebst Tiefgarage, verteilt auf fünf oberirdische und zwei unterirdische Geschosse. Das Multi-Tenant-Objekt ist derzeit an 27 Parteien vermietet.
