The team provides structuring advice and assists in negotiating the respective contracts and securities. Planning
Our environmental and planning team specialises in construction and sectoral planning issues. Our client base includes clients from the construction industry and their partners focussing on infrastructure projects. We negotiate public sector construction contracts with building and other authorities and handle contentious and non-contentious issues. The team also advises on specific planning issues.
Construction
Our construction team provides advice on the finance, construction, operation and litigation issues which arise in German and international projects on which we act. Our areas of work include power plant constructions such as wind farms, oil and gas transmission projects and PPP projects. We advise our clients on all stages of the project from negotiating contracts, via the operational phase, to enforcing claims before the courts.
Environmental
The environmental and planning group represents clients in legal proceedings, advises on all areas of planning and environmental law, and prepares legal opinions. The team focuses on a wide range of stand-alone environmental issues including compliance and liability in relation to site operations, land contamination and emissions to water and air. We have extensive experience in representing water and mining companies as well as other industrial clients.
Commercial tenancy law
Our experts also have considerable experience in advising on all aspects of commercial property law. We have good connections to the real estate sector and always keep an eye on current market developments. We advise landlords and commercial tenants on complex tenancy issues and provide support in negotiating tenancy agreements. The team also provides corporate support in relation to tenancy issues.
